The swing has a wide section for sitting or lying down. The accompanying handles feature a new design where the longest handle is soft with padding so you can place a foot or head in it. This design enables many movements and asanas – both active yoga and relaxation.
The handles can be detached if you want to use the swing separately. The handle also works excellently as a TRX.
Yoga in a yoga swing has received names like Aeroyoga, Aerial yoga, Zero gravity yoga, some dance with it in the air and some take a nap in it.
This is a very fun and rewarding complement to regular asana practice on the mat, a wonder for sore backs and great help if you want to learn how to invert but don't have the strength in your arms and shoulders yet.

Installation: You need 2 trapeze hooks (not included) with secure mounting. If you have wooden beams, you can mount directly into them or into the ceiling. You can also hang it directly from a chin-up bar in a doorway. Outdoors, it can be mounted on a sturdy tree.
