Internal dosage for adults:
For internal use, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily is recommended. Either directly in the mouth or in cooking such as on a salad, should not be heated too much.
External use:
Almond oil is a versatile all-around oil. Use as a facial oil, body oil, for facial cleansing (easily removes makeup), as massage oil, bath oil, or as a base oil to blend with essential oils.
