Organic Black Seed Oil
Black seed oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially Omega 6 and 9. The main active ingredient in black seed oil is crystalline nigellone. Black cumin seeds contain over 100 substances.
The seed contains beta sitosterol, thymoquinone, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, palmitoleic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, arachidonic acid, proteins and vitamins B1, B2 and B3. They also contain calcium, folic acid, iron, copper, zinc and phosphorus.
Internal dosage for adults:
For internal use, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily is recommended. Can be used on salads or vegetables, or as a daily supplement of beneficial fatty acids in a smoothie. Should not be heated. Note: Should not be consumed by people who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, or are taking blood-thinning medications...

External use:
Apply undiluted to the skin or mix with other carrier oils. Can be beneficially mixed with almond oil, jojoba oil, pomegranate oil, hemp seed oil, or evening primrose oil. The oil is suitable for all skin types.
Hair oil: To prevent hair loss, you can add a few drops of black seed oil to your shampoo every time you wash your hair or massage the oil directly into the scalp.
