Quercetin
Quercetin is best known for its properties as a bioflavonoid. Bioflavonoids are a family of nutrients from the plant kingdom that function as antioxidants.
Better You's quercetin is combined with vitamin C, bromelain and yarrow extract as they enhance each other's properties. Bromelain is an enzyme naturally extracted from pineapple. Yarrow extract has a natural content of quercetin, which can increase the recognition factor in the body. With a healthy immune system, we better protect ourselves against bacteria, viruses and other foreign substances.
Adult dosage: 2 capsules daily with meals. If you want to avoid the vegetable capsule, the contents can be emptied directly into water or any liquid of choice. Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
Storage: Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children. NOTE: Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor.
