It's also suitable for pregnant and nursing women, who have an increased need for Omega-3 fatty acids.
A daily intake of 250 mg DHA/EPA contributes to normal heart function. One capsule of AlgOmega3® provides this amount.
DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.

Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules per day. The capsule is small and easy to swallow. You can also bite or puncture it and squeeze out the oil.
Dosage for children under 12 years: 1 capsule. Puncture the capsule and squeeze some of the content into the child's food. A few drops of lemon can be added for better taste. Alternatively, they can bite into it and spit out the shell.
Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Cultivation: The microalgae Schizochytrium sp is cultivated in closed tanks on land. The cultivation is strictly controlled. The product is therefore always pure and free from contamination. Algae are at the bottom of the food chain, and the environmental impact is therefore much lower than when going through fatty fish. By using algae oil, you help protect the ocean's fish stocks.
Container contents: 60 capsules. NOTE! If the capsules are stuck together, shake the container before opening it to separate them. Afterwards, it is recommended to store it in a cool place to reduce the risk of them sticking together again.
