Organic Cedar Essential Oil
Cedar oil has a pleasant, full-bodied and sweet woody scent that provides warmth and calms the mind. The oil has an astringent and soothing effect on the skin as well.
Cedar has antiseptic, astringent and calming properties for skin irritation, and the oil is particularly effective for acne-prone skin.
In hair care, it counteracts itching and dandruff.
These properties and its deep fragrance have made cedar oil a highly popular essential oil.
Add a few drops to your favorite carrier oil; such as jojoba, almond, or apricot kernel oil. The oil can then be used as a body oil, facial oil, or in hair care. Use 2-3 drops per 10 ml of oil.
In aromatherapy, cedar is used to promote meditation and reduce stress, as well as counter negative thoughts.
It has a calming scent perfect for the home. Add water to the bowl of an aroma lamp, approximately 6 drops in the water, and light the candle underneath.

Safety with essential oils:
