Olibanum has a familiar, pleasant amber scent that is said to help develop willpower, self-confidence, determination, and leadership ability.
How to use?
Olibanum can be used alone or in a mixture with other resins. To release the fragrance, it should be heated in an aroma lamp or burned on glowing charcoal.
In an aroma diffuser / aroma lamp (see image):
Fill the bowl to 2/3 with sand. Light the candle and place your resin mixture on the sand. For a gentler emission, you can replace the sand with water and make sure to refill before it evaporates completely, so the mixture doesn't burn.
The fragrance is released after a few minutes, when the sand or water reaches a warmer temperature.

Manufacturing is done through gummation of the stem, harvesting of sap, curing of the sap, production of resin pieces through crushing, grinding, sifting, and finally packaging.
