Goji Berries:
Goji is a healthy berry according to traditional Chinese medicine**.** In traditional Chinese medicine, Goji has been used as an anti-aging herb, but it is also a favorite for children and youth. This berry contains simple and complex sugars, polysaccharides, betaines, zeaxanthin, and physalein.
Goji berries, or Lycium fruit (Lycium barbarum), have been considered a superfood since the beginning of Asian civilization. To this day, Goji is revered in Asia for preserving youth, health, and strengthening the entire body. Goji is often used in combination with other prominent herbs such as Ginseng, Reishi, and Schizandra.
Since it is often impossible to consume enough antioxidants through our diet, modern lifestyle requires us to supplement our diet with rich, concentrated sources of antioxidants. Polyphenols in green tea are a perfect example, as are carotenoids and polysaccharides in Goji. The body is best served by consuming a broad spectrum of antioxidants.

Schizandra is a Chinese medicinal plant that has been used since the beginning of Chinese civilization and remains an elite herb in the Chinese herbal system.
The very name Schizandra in Chinese, Wu Wei Zi, tells a lot about the qualities this herb possesses. Wu Wei Zi means "Five Flavors Fruit" because Schizandra possesses all five of the classic flavors (sour, bitter, sweet, spicy, and salty) and thus embodies the essence of all five elemental energies (wood, fire, earth, metal, and water).
Schizandra is respected as a health tonic in the same class as Ginseng, Reishi, and Goji.
Dosage: 1-3 droppers in water, tea, or in a smoothie; 2 times per day. Can be increased to maximum 12 droppers per day. 1 dropper = 0.75 ml. The bottle is made of dark glass and contains approximately 80 droppers. If you want to remove the alcohol, the tincture can be taken in hot water/tea.
