The laurel tree grows primarily in Syria and around the Mediterranean. The oil-based Aleppo soap has been manufactured in the same way since 0 BC and it does not dry out skin or hair. Instead, it helps to calm the skin and is perfect for those who are sensitive, have eczema, or extremely dry skin.
The soap has a naturally fresh scent of olive oil and laurel oil. The laurel oil has antibacterial properties, which means bacteria do not thrive in the soap. It has a pleasant mild honey scent. The color of the soap can vary from beige to green or brown.
Usage: Use as regular soap or for hand washing.
