- Iron bisglycinate has high bioavailability and is gentle on the stomach, thanks to the iron being bound to the amino acid glycine.
- Iron contributes to reduced fatigue and exhaustion as well as the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.
- Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.
Adult dosage: 1 capsule per day with a meal.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store in a dry place and out of reach of children.
