The cap's twist function allows you to open and close the drinking spout with a light hand twist. The Café cap from Klean Kanteen is durable and easy to clean as the parts can be completely disassembled. The cap is made from BPA-free Polypropylene (PP #5) and is safe to use with acidic or hot beverages.

Care Instructions: Disassemble the cap (see image and video) by unscrewing the bottom part and hand wash the components with hot water and dish soap before first use. The cap can also be washed in the upper rack of the dishwasher. After disassembly, it is important to reassemble the cap components in their original position to ensure leak-proof performance.
