LactoVitalis Pro
LactoVitalis Pro provides a supplement of at least 20 billion lactic acid bacteria from 12 different strains, including the well-studied L. rhamnosus GG, combined with vitamin C that contributes to the normal function of the immune system and vitamin B2 that helps maintain normal mucous membranes. A patented technology protects the sensitive lactic acid bacteria on their way to the intestine. Lactovitalis also contains FOS (fructooligosaccharides), which serves as nutrition for beneficial bacteria in the gut.

That the bacteria are alive. In LactoVitals Pro, the living bacteria are protected in two ways. First, they are double encapsulated in a matrix of proteins and carbohydrates (this has nothing to do with the outer capsule). Additionally, there is a desiccant in the container that keeps moisture away, as moisture and heat are what most quickly break down living (active) bacteria.

The number of bacteria in each capsule is naturally important. LactoVitals Pro contains 20 billion active live lactic acid bacteria per capsule.
The number of bacteria that remain alive and active when you take the product is crucial since it's the living bacteria that provide the benefits. LactoVitals Pro therefore contains strains that are inherently resilient. The majority of the bacterial strains can withstand exposure to stomach acid and bile without being damaged.
Adult dosage: 1 capsule per day. Take with meals or whenever you prefer. If you're experiencing issues, take LactoVital until you feel better. After a course of antibiotics, take LactoVitals Pro for at least one month, preferably 3-6 months.

Can LactoVital be used by children, pregnant and nursing women? Yes, it works excellently. Children up to 12 years can take half the dose, after which the adult dose is fine. Recommendation for traveling abroad: 1 capsule per day starting two weeks before the trip, continue until one week after return.
Storage: Refrigeration ensures more bacteria survive and thus extends shelf life.
Can you experience initial reactions? If you have a significant imbalance in your gut flora, you may experience reactions initially. These can include gas, intestinal sounds, and discomfort during the first period. These symptoms will cease once the gut flora has normalized.
