Methyl B-50 Complex
B vitamins are a group of water-soluble vitamins, which means they are not easily stored in the body and therefore need to be replenished frequently. They contribute to, among other things, normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. They work in synergy with each other, so it is advantageous to take them together.
Adult dosage: 1 capsule daily with food.
Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
