D3 2500 + K2 Vegan Green Line contains D3 (cholecalciferol) from lichen and K2 from Natto. Natto is a Japanese breakfast dish made from fermented soybeans. It is known for its high natural K2 content and the interesting enzyme nattokinase.
Vitamin D is the only known nutrient that we can obtain both from sunlight and through diet. During the winter months, we cannot produce any vitamin D, which is why we may need supplementation.
K2 helps vitamin D with its transport into the skeleton/bone structure.
