Nature Provides B-12 is a bioavailable liquid dietary supplement with a blend containing both of the most active forms of B12: dual coenzyme methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. The product contains no preservatives and comes in pure reverse osmosis water, nothing else.
Vitamin B-12 contributes to:

- normal red blood cell formation.
- normal function of the immune system.
- reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- has a role in the process of cell division.
Adult dosage: 1 ml (≈13 drops) daily under the tongue. One press of the pipette gives approximately half a capsule which is 13 drops, i.e., about 1 ml. For optimal absorption, hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing.
