Renée Voltaire's organic Japanese tamari soy sauce has a well-balanced and rich flavor. It is traditionally fermented with koji on a family farm outside Gifu in Japan. After pressing, the soy is fermented and stored in steel barrels for at least six months. The tamari is gluten-free and free from additives.
The umami enhances the flavor in sauces, stews, and vegetarian dishes. Perfect for dressings, dips, stir-fries, soups, stews, or as a flavor enhancer in marinades and brown rice dishes.
