Vegan ice cream with lucuma

  • 1 dl lucuma powder
  • 2 dl natural cashew nuts (soaked for 2 hours and drained)
  • 2 tsp real vanilla powder
  • 0.5 dl coconut syrup, yacon syrup, agave syrup, or honey.
  • 2 dl water
  • 1 pinch Himalayan salt or sea salt (optional, enhances the flavor)

Blend everything in a good blender, pour into an ice cream mold, and let it sit in the freezer overnight.

Cocoa and spinach smoothie with lucuma

Blend everything into a smoothie. Pour and feel free to decorate with cacao nibs.

Vegan, sugar-free caramel sauce with lucuma & mesquite

  • 1 tbsp lucuma powder
  • 1 tbsp mesquite powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut syrup, yacon syrup, or agave syrup – you can add more to taste, depending on how sweet you like it.

Blend everything and you have a caramel sauce that can be used for most desserts.

Vanilla and cocoa smoothie with lucuma & mesquite

  • 2 dl almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 dl warm water
  • 1 tsp maca (optional)
  • 1 tsp mesquite (optional)
  • 1 tsp lucuma
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder or carob
  • 1/2 tsp real vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp honey, xylitol, agave syrup, or 2 drops stevia

Blend everything into a smoothie. Pour and feel free to decorate with cacao nibs.
