Strengthen Your Intuition Naturally – Why B12 Is Important for the Nervous System

Never before has it been more important that we stand in our own power and our own light.

These are turbulent, powerful times. And life is a journey, a challenge, and a balancing act. So many choices, detours, and side paths.

So much information, trends, restrictions, news, and research reports. Who should I believe? Who can I trust?

To be able to sift through the jungle of information, our intuition is one of our main tools. The intuition we feel inside us, a sense of whether things resonate with us or feel off.

That is why intuition and the nervous system are connected

Our intuition is strongly connected to our nervous system and our overall well-being. So what can we do to strengthen ourselves in our power and our intuition?

As I see it, there are many ways.

First of all, I believe it is important that we truly dare to listen to ourselves. Dare to feel how it feels throughout our entire system. Simply explore our own feeling and our most important instrument, the body.

It can be tricky and not entirely clear whether it is intuition or if old fears or traumas are playing tricks on us.

But consciously listening and tuning in is a good start. Over time, we learn to recognize feelings and sensations. Through experience, we build our own reference bank.

When stress affects our inner compass

If our nervous system is affected by stress, viruses, heavy metals, or other disturbances, it can be harder or even feel impossible to sense our intuition.

Everyone has intuition; it is always there, but sometimes we need to dig it out from under layers of physical or emotional strain, stress, or doubt.

So how do we strengthen and help our nervous system and our intuition?

Vitamin B12 for the brain and nervous system

An important building block for almost all functions in the body, and especially important for the nervous system, is vitamin B12. We cannot live without it.

B12 protects the brain and the entire central nervous system. It also helps repair nerves, supports the immune system, and contributes to mental and emotional balance.

According to spiritual health, B12 is also described as important for the connection between the brain and the soul. Taking a good B12 supplement can therefore be a great way to support both the brain, intuition, and your connection with yourself. 

Meditation and recovery that strengthens intuition

Meditation is a tool used worldwide throughout all times. For many, meditation can feel difficult or almost impossible. But don’t lose heart.

Meditation doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be any activity that gives you peace, recovery, and helps you settle into yourself. It could be cycling, dancing, painting, listening to music, spending time in safe company, or getting a massage.

Nature helps the body find calm

Nature is also a wonderful aid to enter a meditative state for a while. Listen to the birds, the buzzing bees, the trees swaying in the wind, or the waves hitting the shore.

There are meditative activities for everyone. The most important thing is to find what suits you.

How cleansing can support the nervous system

Clearing disturbing and unwelcome substances from the body, especially the brain, helps the connections in both body and nervous system function better. Metals, poisons, and toxins can disrupt the nervous system and make us feel unlike ourselves.

Drinking lemon water every morning and a cleansing anti-heavy metal smoothie every day can make a big difference for the body.

Here, blueberries, spirulina, barley grass juice powder, and dulse work together to help the body transport out what it doesn’t need.

Food and habits that raise energy

Keeping lightness and brightness in the heart helps us through difficult periods and makes it easier to meet both ourselves and others with presence.

Food that builds the body and at the same time helps the body clear out burdens can also contribute to us feeling clearer and more balanced. The whole system gets better conditions to function harmoniously.

The importance of distinguishing between your own and others’ feelings

As intuition grows stronger, it also becomes more important to distinguish between your own and others’ feelings.

During my acupuncture training at the Neijing Academy, we worked for several years learning exactly this. To be able to feel with others without carrying their emotions as your own. This is something that has helped me greatly throughout life.

Take care of the body as a whole

Taking care of the body and keeping the flows open not only helps us feel more at home in ourselves. It also helps the body carry our energy, intuition, and connection with the world in a better way.

The body is truly amazing, with all its functions and flows. What we often lack is knowledge about how we can support it, especially when life feels heavy or when the body doesn’t work as we wish.
