Plant-Based Chocolate Mousse - Simple Avocado Recipe

Recipe
2 ripe avocados
5 tbsp carob powder
2 pinches vanilla powder

Fruit skewers
2 slices of kiwi
4 small pieces of watermelon
2 wooden skewers

Garnish:
Fresh mint

Place the avocado in a blender together with the carob and vanilla and blend until smooth.
Thread the fruit onto the skewers
Serve!
