Rawpowders Iron Complex+ is a dietary supplement containing a combination of iron in the form of iron bisglycinate, vitamins, and other selected nutrients.

Iron bisglycinate + B vitamins 

Iron bisglycinate is a form of iron considered gentle on the stomach. The formula also contains active B-12, B6, and folic acid, which contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells, as well as folate, which contributes to normal blood formation, the normal function of the immune system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

B-12 methylcobalamin and MTHF folic acid

Each capsule provides 300 μg of B-12 in the form of methylcobalamin and 200 μg of MTHF folic acid. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) contributes to normal iron metabolism and the maintenance of normal red blood cells.

TMG (trimethylglycine)

The product also contains TMG (trimethylglycine), also known as betaine, which is a derivative of the amino acid glycine. Vitamin C contributes to increased iron absorption.

Reduces tiredness and fatigue

Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal function of the immune system, normal cognitive function, and normal energy-yielding metabolism. Iron also contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, as well as normal oxygen transport in the body.
