MaryRuth's Liquid Probiotics

Mary Ruth's liquid probiotics is a plant-based, vegan-friendly supplement that supports digestion for both adults and children. These liquid beneficial bacteria contain 13 different strains, are resistant to stomach acid, and can be stored at room temperature. Adult dosage: 3 ml (60 drops, 4 pumps) with water, juice, or directly. One pump fills the dropper halfway, which equals 0.75 ml.

Suggested use: Take on an empty or full stomach directly in the mouth or with liquid, but avoid hot liquids. Preferably, the product should be taken on an empty stomach in the morning. It can also be taken before meals if you forget to take it in the morning.

First time use: Take ½ dose, preferably with food or liquid to see how you react. Increase the dose gradually. Many people notice the product's effects. This is normal and can be expected when introducing beneficial bacteria into the digestive system.

Dosage for children:
Children (4-12 years): Take ½ adult dose (30 drops, 2 pumps).
Children (1-3 years): Take ¼ adult dose (15 drops, 1 pump).

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.

15 mg (2 billion CFU) of lactic acid bacteria.
