Advanced Iron Complex contains the active forms of vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate), folate (L-5-methyl-tetrahydrofolate). Vitamin C which enhances iron absorption and iron bisglycinate, a highly bioavailable form of iron.
