Does what we eat and drink affect our skin? Does our lifestyle affect our skin?
The answer is yes, absolutely! It's just as they say: beauty comes from within, and what creates beauty is health. How we feel and what we eat and drink plays the most important role. In this article, we share tips on how you can support skin health through daily choices.
How can you support your skin?
Take regular walks in fresh air.
Sleep 7-8 hours every night.
Sweat – make sure to get exercise & movement regularly.
Dry brush your body regularly & enjoy the sauna as often as possible.
Protect yourself from the sun after about 15-20 minutes, with a cap, hat, or organic sunscreen.
Drink clean water throughout the day, preferably also lemon/lime water, herbal tea, and other beneficial drinks like coconut water or green juice with cucumber and celery. If you drink coffee, choose unsprayed coffee and drink a glass of water with it. Whatever you choose, the most important thing is the quality of the raw material.
Always remove any makeup in the evening and moisturize your skin after cleansing. Use serum if you like.
Take supplements that are good for skin, hair, and nails.
Review your diet, below are tips on what is supportive to eat.
