Blueberry

Blueberries are rich in vitamins and minerals, but especially rich in antioxidants of the anthocyanin type. In addition to anthocyanins, blueberries contain several other vitamins and minerals, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin C, beta-carotene, iron and B vitamins. In dried form, you can use blueberries year-round for breakfast or snacks; on porridge, on muesli, in smoothies, in baked goods or in desserts.
