Triphala

Triphala is a traditional Ayurvedic formula often used to activate digestion. It contains three fruits; Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki. Triphala is tridoshic, which means that all doshas can take it. The powder has a bitter taste that one may need to get used to. The powder can have a mild laxative effect.
