Yerba Mate

Mate or Yerba Mate is the national drink of Argentina, traditionally consumed from a gourd and drunk with a bombilla (metal straw). Misiones is one of the provinces in Argentina that produces the most Mate. Mate is also called chimarrão or cimarrón.
