Celtic Sea Salt

Celtic salt is a coarse, unprocessed, unrefined sea salt with a very fine flavor. The salt is harvested in Brittany, France, where it is then sun and wind dried. It is guaranteed to be free from pesticides, herbicides, and harmful chemicals. It tastes saltier than "regular" salt, so less is needed. As this is a natural salt, it is moist and is best kept in a bowl, glass jar with a tight lid, or in a grinder.
