Pecan nuts

Pecan nuts are a popular delicacy nut. They are excellent as a snack, in desserts, on salads, fruit salads, ice cream, or in chocolate. The fat in the nut is mostly polyunsaturated and 30% in the form of the fatty acid linoleic acid.
