Yoga swings
Yoga in a yoga swing has been given names like Aeroyoga, Aerial yoga, Zero gravity yoga. Some dance with it in the air and some take a nap in it. This is a very fun and rewarding complement to regular asana on the mat, a wonder for sore backs and good help if you want to learn to stand upside down but don't have the strength in your arms and shoulders. The yoga swing can be used for cardio, strength, balance, stretching and relaxation.
