Usage:
Raw: Soak for 20 minutes and use in salads.
Roasted: Without soaking, roast for 2 minutes in the oven or in a hot pan. Sprinkle on salads, soups, rice, quinoa, vegetables etc.
Boiled or steamed: Cook for 15 minutes with e.g. rice or vegetables.
Lightly fried: in omelettes, vegetables, beans etc.
In the oven: as filling in pies, moussaka, gratins etc.
