Usage: Raw: Add to salads after soaking for 20 minutes or lightly roast in the oven or in a frying pan.
Cooked: boil for 20 minutes and season to taste. Use with rice, vegetables, potatoes, pasta, couscous, millet, polenta, grains or soups. Sautéed: Great with onions for pasta, pies, pizzas and quiches. Steamed: for 20 minutes together with other vegetables.
