Balance Digestion
A balancing herbal blend specially formulated for digestion. Black currant leaves are traditionally used for their antioxidant effect, burdock, coriander fruit, and artichoke contribute to normal digestion. Caraway fruit and heartsease are known to counteract bloating, while nettle leaves support the body's natural cleansing processes. Zinc is added to contribute to normal metabolism.

Usage: Pour boiling water over 1 tea bag. Let steep for 10 minutes. It's fine to drink 1-3 cups per day.
