VitaShine D3 is a formula based on 100% plant-based lichen extract rich in vitamin D3. There are many different species of lichen, and VitaShine comes from a carefully selected strain that has been shown to contain vitamin D3. Since lichen is a plant source, all surrounding soil must first be removed. By extracting the oil from the lichen, it becomes possible to ensure optimal purity and produce stable vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Each batch is then tested to measure the exact level of D3. Cholecalciferol is the form of vitamin D that is produced by the body when in contact with sunlight.
VitaShine D3 is registered and approved by several worldwide organizations, including the Vegan Society and Vegetarian Society.
Recommended daily dosage for adults: 1 tablet daily with food. For children, Vitashine D3 spray is recommended.
