Vitashine is a vitamin D3 that is registered and approved by the Vegan Society. Vitashine contains a unique and 100% plant-based form of D3 from liverwort. Vitashine Vegan D3
Vitashine is a liquid vitamin D3 supplement based on 100% plant-based lichen extract rich in vitamin D3. There are many different species of lichen, and Vitashine comes from a carefully selected strain that has been shown to contain vitamin D3. Since lichen is a plant source, all surrounding soil must first be removed. By extracting the oil from the lichen, it is then possible to ensure optimal purity and produce a stable vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Each batch is then tested to measure the exact level of D3. Cholecalciferol is the form of vitamin D that is produced by the body when in contact with sunlight.
Vitashine D3 is registered and approved by several worldwide organizations, including the Vegan Society and Vegetarian Society.
Recommended daily dosage adults: 5-10 sprays per day for adults.
Recommended daily dosage children up to 12 years: 1-5 sprays per day for children.
Spray directly into mouth or on food. Neutral taste. 1 spray /200 IU. 5 sprays/1000 IU. 10 sprays/2000 IU.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
