Sage

Usage:
Herbal tea: 1 teaspoon per cup, let steep for about 10 minutes. Drink 2-3 cups daily as a treatment for 3 weeks. Particularly beneficial for women. Children should not drink too much sage as the plant contains phytoestrogens.
Gargle: Use strong sage tea to gargle or rinse around the mouth when experiencing discomfort.
