7 simple tips to support your well-being during the winter

During the winter, it can be especially important to take care of yourself. If you often get sick and feel tired, it might be time to support your system.

Here we offer simple tips that are possible for all of us to adopt.

1. Get plenty of nutrients

Choose good, real food like easily digestible protein, healthy fatty acids, all kinds of vegetables, sprouts, seaweed, berries, fruit, fiber, herbs, and spices.

The easiest trick is to make sure you have a rainbow on your plate at every meal.

A healthy gut flora is the foundation of health.

2. Go outside every day in daylight

We need daylight every day. Don’t wait until it’s dark outside, which happens early at this time of year. Go out and take a walk in the morning!

You support your body with the choices you make every day.

3. Dry brush your body every morning

Listen to an audiobook, a podcast, calming music, or do a meditation. Start your evening routine early enough so you can turn off the lights by 10:00 PM.
