MCT oil

Medium-chain fatty acids (MCT, Medium Chain Triglycerides) are a unique form of fat. Due to their shorter chain length, MCT have a number of unique properties that give them advantages over longer fatty acids. The shorter chain length allows MCT to be absorbed more quickly compared to other fats and converted into energy-producing ketones.
