
Of course, you can regret your purchase within 14 days as per our return policy. The return deadline starts on the day after you receive your item.
If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the return deadline is extended to the following weekday.
The return policy does not apply to:
- Product samples.
- Ordered goods such as trampolines from Bellicon accessories for Bellicon trampolines.
- Used, broken, damaged or consumed products.
- Damaged kitchen appliances.
- Discounted goods due to short shelf life / expiration date..
- Orders made by companies.
How can I make a complaint?
Always contact Glimja's customer service via e-mail, in regard to incorrect or broken items. We may need to review the product. Contact us about what happened, and we will get back to you with a solution that works for everyone.

Are all your products vegan?
The vast majority of products we sell are vegan friendly and many are also certified with different vegan labels.
Some of our few exceptions are honey, propolis, beeswax and ghee. In these cases, we have carefully examined the manufacturing process and ensured that they are produced ethically in a way where the animals are minimally affected.
