Sea Vegetables is a mixture of three types of algae; sea lettuce, wakame and nori.
Ulva seaweed (Sea lettuce) contains high levels of primarily vitamin A, phytonutrients, chlorophyll and minerals. Like other algae, it contains high amounts of iodine.
Wakame is rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, iodine, iron and zinc. Population studies show that people who regularly consume seaweed do not suffer from mineral deficiencies.
Nori is rich in protein, packed with vitamins and minerals such as iodine and calcium. Nori is also rich in vitamin A and many important trace minerals.
