How a Bellicon Rebounder Works:

Elastic and Dynamic Design

What makes Bellicon unique is the bungee cords used instead of traditional metal springs. This provides a much softer flex which is often experienced as a "floating" sensation by the user.

Polypropylene Mat

Thanks to its special polypropylene mat, which is used for large trampolines, the Bellicon provides a soft and dynamic "bounce". The strong material makes the mat durable for people up to 200 kg and it is very slip-resistant.

Strong and Durable Steel Frame

On regular, cheaper rebounders, the weight is broken more abruptly on the way down, you bounce less "deeply", experience greater stress on joints while the workout becomes less effective.

What happens in your body when you bounce on a Bellicon?

You can customize your rebounder according to your preferences. The different options available are:

1. Legs: You can choose between screw-in legs and foldable legs.

2. Band strength (special clip color): Bungee bands come in five different strengths. Health Bounce (green chart) is optimal for: Light to medium exercise. Issues with back, discs, knees.

Consider higher strength (red chart) for:

• Intensive training such as aerobics and fitness sessions on the rebounder.

3. In addition to these options, you can choose the color of the bungee bands.

How high is your ceiling? The minimum height required to use a Bellicon is: your own height plus 60 cm. Measure this before ordering to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
