A 100% pure, organic and cold-pressed castor oil. Castor oil is thick and fatty. It is poorly absorbed by the skin and therefore works well in massage oils and cleaning products. The oil is fantastic as a cleansing oil for the face, preferably mix the castor oil with another oil, as it is very fatty and sticky. It is strongly cleansing and can be drying if used alone. 100 ml.
Organic Castor Oil
What is it:
A 100% pure, organic and cold-pressed castor oil. It's a thick and rich oil. It has very poor skin absorption and is therefore well-suited for massage oils and cleansing products. The oil is excellent as a facial cleansing oil, though it's recommended to mix the castor oil with another oil, as it's very rich and sticky. Additionally, it has powerful cleansing properties and can be drying when used alone. Can be used warm on stiff body parts and is a very stable oil with long shelf life. Very popular as a hair treatment to stimulate hair growth. Contains natural omega 6, 9 and vitamin E.
What does it do:
Skin:
It's moisturizing and provides the skin with a protective layer against wind and weather. Has a calming effect and is perfect for dry areas such as elbows, knees, heels, on eczema, psoriasis, varicose veins, diaper rash, and slow-healing wounds. An excellent facial cleansing oil that dissolves and draws out impurities from pores (note: best mixed with another oil, as it's very rich). Also removes makeup instantly! Has a lightening effect on various spots, freckles, age spots, etc.
Hair / Eyelashes:
Repairs split ends and stimulates hair growth in just 2 weeks! A study has shown that the hair of test subjects grew 4 times faster (4 cm instead of 1 cm after 1 month). Hair becomes healthier, denser, thicker, and much longer! The test subjects did hair treatments with castor oil 3 times/week. Tip! Google "castor oil hair" and you'll see many amazing before and after pictures.
Suitable for:
Dry and cracked skin, eczema, psoriasis, slow-healing wounds, impure facial skin, pigmented skin.
Damaged hair and slow-growing hair.
Usage:
Facial cleansing:
Massage castor oil and a little water into the face. Rinse with warm water and terry cloth or cleansing pads.
For best results as it is very oily:
- Mix with another oil/oils, e.g.
almond oil, rapeseed oil, olive oil, sesame oil, apricot kernel oil.
- Massage your oil blend into the face with a little water. Rinse with water and a terry towel or cleansing pads.
Hair:
Massage the castor oil into the scalp. Pull and massage or comb the oil from the scalp through to the rest of the hair.
Leave it to work for 30 minutes. Massage in shampoo before wetting hair and scalp with water. Then wet with water and shampoo an extra time if needed. All oil should be washed out. Repeat this procedure 3 times/week.
Eyelashes:
Gently dab the castor oil along the lash line, e.g., with a cotton swab. Avoid getting the oil in your eyes. The oil doesn't sting, but gives temporary blurry vision if it gets in your eyes.
Does not need to be rinsed out. Repeat this procedure 3 times/week.
