How does Oxy-Powder work?

Oxy-Powder is a dietary supplement for constipation and sluggish bowels. It is an oxygen-based product containing a combination of ozone-processed magnesium and natural citric acid that work together to break down and remove waste. This process results in loose stools. How do I use Oxy-Powder?

It can be used in two different ways:

1. 7-day oxygen-based intestinal cleanse:

You can make this cleanse more or less intensive depending on your experience and needs. The cleaner and simpler the food you eat during this period, the better results you will achieve. For optimal results, we recommend eating: salads, vegetables, fruits, vegetable soups, and/or green smoothies during the week. Reduce or eliminate meat, sugar, and gluten. You will get results either way, but the first option is easier on the body.

Instructions: In the evening before going to bed: take 2 Oxy-Powder capsules with a large glass of lemon water. Then build up the dosage by adding one capsule per evening until you need to go to the bathroom 3-5 times per day.

When you visit the bathroom, your stool will be loose to very loose, which indicates that cleansing is taking place.

When this happens, maintain that dosage for 7 days and then gradually decrease over 2-3 days. For some people, 3-4 capsules are sufficient, while others may need up to 6 capsules to have 3-5 bowel movements per day.

Note: Bloating and gas are natural reactions to a cleanse, which can occur when the body eliminates toxins. Oxy-powder works differently than other products. Therefore, you won't see any "signs of cleansing" in the toilet. The only noticeable change is that the stool is much looser. What happens is that Oxy-powder helps dissolve intestinal contents and carries plaque and other matter out naturally.

Note! If you have previously used flaxseed or psyllium husk, the results will look very different, as these ingredients 'scrape' along the intestinal walls and carry out pieces of old 'waste'.

To further enhance the cleansing effect and give your intestines a chance to balance themselves, Dr. Group recommends effective probiotics every morning during the cleanse, and drinking 2-3 liters of pure water daily, preferably with fresh lemon juice added.

2. Maintaining an oxygen-rich intestine:

To maintain your results in the future, you can take a maintenance dose whenever you feel the need.

Instructions: Either take 3-6 capsules a couple of times per week in the evening before bedtime (the dose you found suitable for you to have 3-5 bowel movements per day) or take one capsule every evening before going to bed. This way, you help your stomach maintain an optimal environment, which is truly needed in our times.

*The elemental magnesium is in an "unbound" form.

Magnesium is usually bound to other compounds, such as oxide, citrate, malate etc. to stabilize the product.
