This liposome becomes a carrier for its contents that easily dissolves and bypasses barriers in the body, being absorbed where it's needed. LipoNatural's lipids are made from sunflower seeds, not soy.
Dosage: 1-2 tablespoons per day. Shake the package before each dose. It is optimal to take on an empty stomach, shortly before a meal. If you take two doses per day, you can take one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Note: Since LipoNaturals doesn't use sweeteners in their products, the taste is, let's say, interesting and quite sharp. Therefore, it's best to take the liquid (1 tablespoon) mixed with some apple juice or other juice. If you're brave, you can take it directly followed by some water.
Storage: Opened package should be stored in the refrigerator. There is a "Best before" date in US format (month/day reversed) on the back/bottom of the pouches to give a good indication of when the product is most potent. Usually about 8 months after purchase. The product is still good after this date but loses more potency after this date.
NOTE: Liposomal products undergo temperature and altitude changes during transport, which can cause pressure to build up in the bottle. This may result in "bubbling" when opening the product. This does not affect the quality of the product. Here are some tips to prevent this from happening:
- Refrigerate the product first.
- Open slowly from the corner to release the pressure.
