Oil pulling has its origins in Ayurvedic holistic health dating back 3,000 - 5,000 years, which involves rinsing the mouth with coconut oil to improve oral hygiene, remove bacteria and counteract bad breath.
- Fractionated coconut oil cleanses and supports oral health.
- Essential oils from lavender, oregano, thyme, cinnamon and clove promote gum health and are antibacterial.

Usage:
- Take 15 ml of the oil in your mouth. Then swish the oil around in your mouth like a mouthwash between your teeth, around your tongue and palate.
- Swish for at least 2-3 minutes before spitting it out in the trash can. You can increase the time up to 15 minutes
- Spit out the oil in a trash can. Important! Do not spit out the oil in the sink or toilet as the oil can solidify in the pipes and cause blockages and damage to the pipes. Do not swallow!
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly.
- Afterwards, you can brush your teeth as usual.
- Repeat every day, preferably in the morning, for clean and fresh oral health.
