Take 1 tablespoon (15ml / 5g) 1-3 times daily. Perfect to mix in smoothies, sprinkle over muesli or use in bread baking. Can also be stirred into liquid* and drunk as a fiber supplement. Note: Mix with at least* 2 dl of liquid such as water. This is very important, the fibers swell a lot!
