LactoSpore® is a spore-forming lactic acid bacteria. Lynside® boulardii is a probiotic yeast from a thoroughly researched and patented strain.
Both LactoSpore® and Lynside® boulardii can withstand the harsh environment of stomach acid and enzymes, allowing them to work where they're needed. The active substances are quickly absorbed by the body. It's recommended to take lactic acid bacteria if your stomach is imbalanced, if you're taking antibiotics, or before and during international travel.
Adult dosage: 1-2 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children.
