An infrared sauna has heating elements that emit infrared heat. Infrared heat penetrates deeper into the body compared to the heat in a traditional sauna, which only heats the air. Infrared saunas are highly effective and offer multiple health benefits.

Therasage Thera360 Full Spectrum Sauna is an advanced infrared portable sauna with full spectrum infrared frequencies, meaning the sauna provides heat from all three infrared frequencies: near (NIR), mid (MIR), and far (FAR). The Thera360 Plus also introduces "Tri-Lite" panels that enhance the near-infrared frequencies and add red light frequencies.

The "Tri-Lite" is an exclusive light-emitting diode (LED) that briefly generates healing light frequencies in the red light spectrum – 600 nm – and the near-infrared spectrum through 980 nm from each diode. This provides an extra blend of red and NIR (near) frequencies to the full-spectrum infrared in the sauna. This is how the sauna achieves its full spectrum capabilities.

The sauna also has built-in tourmaline stones that generate an abundance of negative ions. The sauna bathes your body from every angle in gentle full-spectrum infrared frequencies and negative ions, without exposure to harmful electromagnetic fields.

How does the panel work?

You can set the sauna's temperature using the control unit. The maximum temperature is 75 degrees and the minimum is 35 degrees. You can adjust the temperature up and down using the arrows on the control unit. The most common temperatures to use are approximately 50-55 degrees. See recommendations below.

You can also set your sauna session time using the same control panel. The maximum time is 90 minutes, but it's always recommended to start with 20 minutes.

See recommendations below. When the sauna time ends, you will hear three beeps.

Recommendations:

• Start with 50-60 degrees for 20-30 minutes per day if you are in good health.
• We suggest starting at 50 degrees for your first session. Do not stay in the sauna for more than 30 minutes. If you have experienced similar treatments before, you can start with a temperature of up to 70 degrees. Older children can try the sauna for shorter periods: 10 minutes at 40-43 degrees.
• If you feel dizzy or faint, end the treatment immediately and leave the sauna. Drink water.
• Important: Always drink approximately 300ml of water before and after use.
• Place a towel over the footrest and chair to absorb sweat and toxins, and to make it more comfortable. You can easily wash the towels afterward.

Deeper Detox:

Dry brushing affects one of the body's largest and most complex organs: the skin. Gentle brushing before the sauna session works as a light exfoliation by opening and removing clogged pores, removing dead skin cells, and stimulating cell renewal. This also increases blood flow and promotes the detoxification process.

In Case of Illness:

If you have diabetes, a pacemaker, heart disease, blood disorders, very high or low blood pressure, you should first consult with your doctor.
Do not use the sauna when you have a fever.
Note: The sauna is not intended for pregnant women or young children. Older children can try the sauna for shorter periods: 10 minutes at 40-43 degrees.

Care and Cleaning of Your Sauna:

• It's easy to set up your sauna and take it down. Watch the video above by the images. Do not place it near heat sources such as stoves, radiators, or open fireplaces.
• It's easy to maintain your sauna. The infrared frequencies kill all bacteria. The towels you use absorb your sweat.
• If you feel it's necessary, you can use a damp cloth with mild natural soap or essential oil to wipe down your sauna - both on the inside and outside.
• The sauna comes with two soft collars with zippers. You can simply swap out the collars while one is in the wash with the towels.
• Always unplug the sauna from the electrical outlet when not in use. You can also get a surge protector, but it's not mandatory.
