### Vimergy Lemon Balm

Vimergy’s lemon balm is an herbal supplement consisting of lemon balm extract 10:1, glycerin, and purified water. Lemon balm is also known as heart’s delight and is a wonderful plant with a delicate flavor.

**Dosage for adults:** 1 dropper (1 ml) 1-2 times per day between meals. Shake the bottle, hold under the tongue for 20 seconds, then swallow. We recommend adding the liquid to a little water or juice if you don’t like the taste, as it masks it well and makes it easy to take. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

**Note:** Vimergy has upgraded the lemon balm to a 10:1 lemon balm extract, which means it is 2.5 times stronger than the previous lemon balm. The flavor is stronger because the formula is much more concentrated. This also means you can take less of this stronger version if you prefer. We recommend adding the liquid to a little water or juice if you don’t like the taste, as it masks it well and makes it easy to take.
