Adult Dosage: 1 dropper (1 ml) 1-2 times per day between meals. Shake the bottle, hold under tongue for 20 sec, swallow. We recommend adding the liquid to a little water or juice if you don't like the taste, as this masks it well and makes it easy to take. Not for pregnant or nursing women.
Note: Vimergy has upgraded the lemon balm to a 10:1 lemon balm extract, which means it is 2.5 times stronger than the previous lemon balm. The taste is stronger due to the formula being much more potent. This also means you can take less of this stronger version if you prefer. We recommend adding the liquid to a little water or juice if you don't like the taste, as this masks it well and makes it easy to take.
