Green Boost delivers vitamins, minerals, and other active compounds that support the body and provide energy. With spirulina, spinach, Q10, wheatgrass, acai, barley grass, alfalfa, green tea, chlorella, and sour cherries, you get a really good boost of greens and nutrition.

Adult dosage: 1 serving daily. Mix 2 scoops (5 g) in a glass of water, any juice, protein shake, or in your favorite smoothie. Start with a low dose, ½ scoop, and increase by ½ scoop each week, up to 2 scoops. This gradual increase is to help your body adjust, particularly to the algae and their cleansing effect. You can pour the powder into a glass of water, your smoothie, or any liquid of choice.

Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry place and keep out of reach of children. NOTE: Not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers, people on medication, or children under 18 years. Should not be taken on an empty stomach or on the same day as other products containing green tea. Daily intake must not exceed 800 mg (-) epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG).
